Founded in 2023 under the aegis of Artémis Domaines, Domaine des Cabottes breathes new life into the Burgundian winemaking spirit. On carefully selected plots, the vines flourish in harmony with nature, guided by the principles of biodynamics and an unwavering pursuit of excellence. Its name, “Cabottes,” refers to the humble yet emblematic stone shelters scattered across the Burgundian landscape – silent witnesses to the deep bond between humankind and the land.

The label of Domaine des Cabottes, in its refined simplicity, embodies the spirit of precision and authenticity that defines the Maison. The subtle curvature of the paper evokes the contours of the estate’s parcels – a tactile topography paying tribute to the geography of the land. The finely sculpted typography and golden hue recall the nobility of the terroirs, while at the center, the seal depicts the cabotte – a discreet yet essential presence among the vines. Nothing ornamental: everything is deliberate, measured, in service of a single idea – to let the material, the wine, and the earth speak with the same exacting grace. Through its balance of rigor and delicacy, the design asserts the domain’s spirit: a creation rooted in precision, memory, and faithfulness to the Burgundian soil.
