Since 2006, Novaxia has leveraged its dual expertise in finance and real estate development to serve urban regeneration, becoming in 2020 the first mission-driven company in the real estate sector.

 

Today, Novaxia brings together more than 130 employees. Its management company oversees four ISR-certified funds, including two Fair Finansol-labeled funds dedicated to sustainable finance, and is currently leading 120 urban regeneration projects enabling the creation of 25,000 housing units and the renaturation of 100,000 square meters in urban areas. This new scale called for a brand capable of fully embodying the company’s evolution.

To support this evolution and highlight its distinctive positioning across its markets, Be Dandy refreshed Novaxia’s brand identity.

 

Already recognizable through its capital “N,” the lettermark has now evolved into a fully-fledged monogram – an instantly identifiable rallying sign for employees and partners alike. Its design combines soft curves, symbolizing humanity and agility, with sharp lines and forward-leaning diagonals that convey action and growth. At its center, a focal point represents collective unity, human connection, and impact – at the very heart of the group’s activity. Across the brand’s communication materials, the monogram is developed into a pattern that feeds a visual system blending rhythm, scale, and distinction. Whatever the topic, Novaxia’s communications combine shapes and imagery to deliver a brand expression that is both structured and aspirational.

The electric blue – a distinctive, proprietary color within the sector – has been retained. It is now complemented by a palette of five positive and vibrant shades, adding depth and dimension to the identity. This expanded color range expresses the many facets of the impact that Novaxia drives. A multiplicity of applications and combinations, for a multiplicity of situations and contexts.

Finally, to bring Novaxia’s impact to life, the identity is supported by an iconographic system drawing on four themes: ingenious humanity, tangible progress, visionary collective, and enduring boldness.

More than a break from the past, this new identity embodies the natural evolution of a company increasingly committed to people and territories through its two core businesses: finance and real estate.
